How often do you take a whole day just for yourself—without guilt, without obligations, without feeling like you should be doing something else? For many women, especially mothers, the answer is probably not often enough.


We spend so much time caring for others—our children, our partners, our work—that our own needs quietly slip to the bottom of the list. It feels almost instinctive, this habit of giving to everyone but ourselves.


But imagine if, just for one day, you put yourself first. A full day to unwind, recharge, and do something that truly nourishes you. What would that look like? A slow morning without rushing? A luxurious spa treatment? A few peaceful hours with no responsibilities pulling you in every direction? That’s why I created “Shoulders to Fingertips”—a workshop designed for women who want to pause, reset, and indulge in some much-needed self-care. During this special day, you’ll create your own room spritzer, sugar scrub, and aromatherapy blend, then learn a soothing massage technique that melts away tension from your shoulders to your fingertips. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, and other like-minded women, to nurture your body and mind, and to simply be.
